Alleluya is 17 years old and currently a Senior 3 student at Alpha Omega. She has four brothers and sisters and lives with her parents who struggle to provide for the family and afford tuition fees. She is so thankful for the hope that TCI brings! Alleluya enjoys studying history, agriculture, and geography, and her dream is to become a secondary teacher. She is very diligent in her studies, waking up early to read her school books.

Ambrose is 18 years old and currently a Senior 4. He is the second born of a family of six siblings, and they are all raised by a single parent. They are a Christian family and rely on a vegetable garden to generate what little income they can for their livelihood. He loves studying chemistry and biology and dreams of becoming a doctor!

Amos is 19 years old and currently a Senior 5 student. His father is a pastor and has six siblings. His family relies farming a small plot of land for their livelihood and need help with school fees. He loves studying geography and dreams of exploring the world one day. He is very studious, waking very early at 3:30AM to begin reading and studying!

Annah is a 17-year-old Senior Two student from Ibanda District, the second of six children living with both parents. Education in her household has never been guaranteed. Her oldest sibling was forced to drop out, and her four younger brothers and sisters in primary school often get sent home for fees rather than attending classes. Despite these hardships, Annah is aware of what is at stake. Instead of letting these challenges weigh her down, she uses them to fuel her determination. Her favorite subjects are history and geography.

Asaph is 17-year-old Senior 4 student from Kiburara. He lives with his mother, who is blind and has diabetes. These health issues have prevented her from working, making it impossible for them to afford his school fees. Despite these hardships, Asaph perseveres quietly. A bursary from his primary school headteacher helped him complete his early education, and he continues to rely on other support to stay in school. He is passionate about Geography, History, and English, subjects that align with his dream of becoming a journalist. Each weekend, he dedicates time to studying, staying focused on his goal.

Betty is 20 years old and currently a Senior 4 student. She is the second born of nine siblings. Their father left the family and only left a small piece of land for them to farm, which produces only a small amount of income that is insufficient to pay for school fees for her and her siblings. Her favorite subjects in school are math and English.

Daphine is an 18-year-old Senior 5 student from Ushongodoro who has faced extraordinary hardship with quiet strength. Having lost both parents, she lives with her aunt, a low-income earner, and the family has at times lacked a stable shelter. Despite these challenges, Daphine wraps her books in polythene bags to keep them dry and continues to show up to school. She loves Agriculture and Biology and dreams of a career in veterinary medicine or tourism. Daphine exemplifies strength and resilience, and she hopes that education will open opportunities for her in the future.

Davis is a 21-year-old Senior 6 student from Kamayenje. He is the eldest among eight children raised by a single mother. Their father Pastor Lauben, the director of a school in Jerusalem that TCI partnered with for many years, passed away in August 2024, leaving the family to lean on one another and on a single acre of land to survive. His mother was diagnosed with a tumor and underwent surgery, but now lives with chronic back pain and can no longer manage heavy farm work. Davis and his siblings step in during the holidays, sometimes working on neighboring farms and building sites to help bring in extra income. It is a demanding life, and yet Davis has not let it define his ceiling. His favorite subjects are Biology, Agriculture, Geography, and Sub-Mathematics and he has his sights set on becoming a veterinarian. Davis never thought he would reach Senior Six and he sometimes stays at school during holidays to keep up his studies, unwilling to let momentum slip.

Dinavence is 18 years old and currently a Senior 4. She has three brothers and one sister, and she loves studying biology and chemistry. Like many other families, her parents’ small plot of land that is used for farming is not enough to pay for school fees for her and her siblings. She is so grateful for TCI and the opportunity to attend school through sponsorship! Dinanvence dreams of becoming a surgeon one day.

Doreen is 17 years and a Senior 3 student. She is now the oldest in her family because the first born unfortunately died. Her parents are very poor farmers, and without TCI she would not be able to attend school. She dreams of becoming a doctor and enjoys studying math and biology the most in school.

Edson is 20 years old and currently a Senior 5 student. He has four siblings and is the second youngest. His parents struggle to provide for the family through farming a small plot of land and rearing chickens. Without TCI, he would not be able to attend school. Edson’s favorite subject in school is biology, and he hopes to be a doctor one day!

Emmanuel is 17 years old and a Senior 3 student. He is one of six children and is the first born. His parents struggle to pay school fees for all of their children, so Emmanuel is dependent on TCI for his education. He loves studying physics and chemistry the most and wants to be an engineer one day!

Esther is a 20-year-old Senior 6 student who lives with her parents and nine siblings. Her family works in neighbors' gardens to meet basic needs, but that isn't always enough. History is her favorite subject, and she hopes to become a history teacher someday. Despite her family's financial difficulties, she remains dedicated to her studies. As she says, "I like studying so much ……..I read my books so hard so that I can join campus next year."

Esther is 17 years old and a Senior 3 student at Alpha Omega school. She is one of five children, but her brother died and her father left the family, so she and her sisters live alone with their mother. She is so thankful to God for TCI, for without TCI she says she would not have an education. She says that her future had very little hope before TCI’s sponsorship. Esther loves studying biology and agriculture, and she wants to be a veterinarian one day!

Evelyne is 17 years old and a Senior 3 student. She is the youngest of three siblings, and her parents are poor farmers in Western Uganda. She says that without TCI, she would not be a Alpha Omega school. Her favorite subjects to study in school are biology, agriculture, and chemistry. She wants to be a veterinary doctor in the future!

Evode is a 17-year-old Senior Two student from Kiburara in Ibanda and the second-born in a family of six, living with both parents. As the only sibling in secondary school, he feels the weight of this responsibility. His parents are peasants working hard to provide for the family and keep the younger children in primary school, but affording school fees remains a challenge. Last year, he received support for his fees, but that assistance has since ended. Watching his siblings be sent home from school repeatedly, fall behind, or repeat classes due to lack of funds motivates him. Evode aspires to become an architectural engineer and hopes to use his success to pay school fees for his siblings and others facing similar hardships. His favorite subjects are Physics and Mathematics.

Faith is an 18-year-old Senior 5 student from Ntara in Kitagwenda, the third-born of ten children, and she lives with her parents. Her father is a pastor who hustles every day to keep the family afloat, and both parents farm to put food on the table and cover as much as they can of their children's school costs. With ten children at home, every penny is stretched thin. Faith responds to that pressure the only way she knows how, by working harder. She enjoys Geography and Literature and dreams of becoming a journalist someday.

Godwish is 20 years old and currently a Senior 4 student. He is the second born of ten children! His parents are without work and depend on farming a small plot of land to survive. Some of his siblings are unable to attend school as a result. When we finished primary school, he says that he never anticipated attending secondary school because of his family’s poverty. He says that TCI has “transformed his family,” and without sponsorship it would be impossible for a chance to achieve his dream of becoming an engineer.

Innocent is a 17-year-old Senior 2 student from Kyenkanga, who dreams of becoming an accountant. He loves math and brings the same discipline to everything he does. He lives with his parents and six siblings. His father is a local pastor, and his mother farms to support the family, but school fees stretch beyond what the harvest can cover. Bright, faithful, and hardworking, Innocent simply needs a hand to stay in school and reach the future he is working toward.

Jabel is 19 years old and currently a Senior 5. He lives with his parents and three siblings who depend on small farming for their livelihood. He enjoys studying biology and hopes to pursue a career in environmental science. He is a very driven and determined individual and is so thankful for TCI!

Jonath is 17 years old and currently a Senior 4 student. His parents are pastors in a local church and struggle to provide for the family financially. He is one of six children, and without TCI his education would not be possible as they cannot afford school fees. Please help him achieve his dream of becoming a cardiologist!

Jonath is a 17-year-old Senior 3 student and is the second born of six siblings. They live with their grandmother and mother as their father divorced his mother and abandoned the family. Jonath’s mother works on other nearby farms to earn a little income, which is not enough to support the school fees for Jonath and all his siblings. His favorite subjects in school are biology, chemistry, and mathematics. Please sponsor Jonath and help him achieve his goal of becoming a doctor one day!

Linet is 14 years old and currently a Senior 3 student. She has two brothers and a sister and is the first born in her family. Her dad tries to farm what he can on their small land, and her mom struggles to earn an income as a tailor. School fees are hard for them to pay, so she is so grateful for TCI and sponsorship! She loves biology and chemistry, and she wants to be a doctor one day!

Nusurah is a 17-year-old Senior 3 student from Kiburara and the second of seven children. Nusurah is very thankful for TCI, because her mother runs a small poultry farm, but the earnings are barely enough to support the family and pay school fees for five children. Nusurah's love for Biology and Chemistry fuels her dream to become a nurse and motivates her to study diligently every day. She is very determined and loves going to school, waking up early to read her school books and focusing hard in class. 

Posiano is an 18-year-old Senior 4 student from Kiburara Trading Center. He is the second-born in a close-knit family of nine. Growing up, life was far from easy. His family owns only a small piece of land, just enough to hold their mud-built home. Providing for a large family has not been an easy task for his parents. But rather than let hardship define him, Posiano is determined to succeed and grounds himself in his faith and refuses to let his future collapse before it has a chance to begin. He excels in Biology, Mathematics and Chemistry and is working toward his dream of becoming a dentist. 

Prossy is an 18-year-old Senior 3 student from Kayenje, where she lives with her parents and four siblings. Her parents work tirelessly as subsistence farmers, growing what they can to feed the family and sell enough to pay school fees. She loves History, Literature, and Christian Religious Education, and she dreams of becoming a lawyer one day. She is grateful to TCI for giving her this opportunity. She attends every class, studies with focus, and brings the same dedication to her faith as to her schoolwork. 

Samuel is a 20-year-old Senior 5 student from Kanyansenko, Ibanda. Growing up as the third of five children, Samuel observed his parents working tirelessly. His father manages a small crop farm, while his mother is employed at a cleaning company some distance from home. They stretch every shilling to ensure their children can attend school, but it is still a struggle. His favorite subject is Biology, and he aspires to do medicine and become a doctor someday. Samuel is nearing that goal, and your support can help him get there.

Stephen is an 18-year-old Senior 2 student from Ibanda. He is one of seven children.. His family farms a small plot of land, which provides food and, when the harvest allows, helps his younger brothers attend primary school. For Stephen, staying in school has depended on the support of others, and he does not take it lightly. He is a very motivated student and focuses on his favorite subjects, History, Entrepreneurship, and Christian Religious Education, all while working toward his dream of being a foreign currency trader. Every early morning spent revising brings him one step closer to making that future a reality.

Tinah is a 16 year old orphan and currently in Senior 2. Her father died when she was 12 years old, so now she and her six siblings live alone with their mother. Without the support of TCI, education would not be possible as her single mother cannot find enough income to pay for school fees. Her favorite subjects in school are biology and agriculture.

Tressy is a 20-year-old Senior 6 student who lives, is the second born of five children, and whose father died when she was still very young. Her mother depends on a small plot of land to farm for Tressy and her siblings. Tressy is so thankful to God for TCI, because without sponsorship attending secondary school would be very difficult. She is a very hard worker and wants to become a teacher. Her favorite subjects are biology, agriculture, geography, and mathematics. She hopes to use her education one day to serve her community too.

Vastine is a 16-year-old Senior 3 student from rural Western Uganda. Even though she is only 16, Vastine already knows she wants to be a nurse when she grows up. This dream has motivated her to spend time in the library, seek out her teachers, and focus on Biology and Chemistry. Staying in school has not always been easy. Vastine is one of six children raised by a single mother who grows crops on a small plot of land to feed the family and pay their school fees. There were days when Vastine was sent home for outstanding fees, and moments when completing secondary school felt out of reach. She received support that changed that, however, that support is no longer available, and she is seeking assistance to help her finish her education and pursue her dream of becoming a nurse.

Victoria is a 17-year-old Senior 3 student, and is the first born of three in her family. Her mother left the family, so she and her siblings live alone with their father. Her favorite subject in school is geography, and she hopes to work as a police officer or ranger in the future. Without TCI, she would not receive an education, as her father cannot afford the tuition. They only own a very small plot of land to farm. Victoria is so thankful for God’s grace and TCI!
